In 1993, Martin Evans established a general works construction company in the Midlands region, targeting commercial projects in the Refurbishment, Retail and Residential sectors. Over the past 27 years the company has steadily grown, building a reputation for quality and value, and establishing a core network of clients and consultants who know they can rely on our pro-active approach to projects and customer focus.

Today, Martin Evans Construction Ltd undertake projects with contract values ranging from £10k – £2m in the following sectors:

• Industrial new build and refurbishment.
• Historic restoration and conversions.
• Education – remodelling, extensions and new build.
• Office refurbishment
• Retail – Shell and fit out projects

Our projects are delivered through various procurement routes including Traditional Contract appointments, Negotiated Works and schemes delivered on a Design and Build basis. Whatever method of delivery is chosen, our approach is always customer focused, seeking to ensure that the project achieves the highest level of “value for money” whilst remaining within our clients budgetary constraints.

Martin Evans Construction is a member of The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS). We have Independent health and safety audits carried out on all our sites. Additionally, all members of our senior management team are required to undertake regular health and safety courses.
