At Masway we understand that starting a building project can be a both a stressful and daunting time.

It is our priority to ensure that this time can be as simple and stress free as possible, but most importantly an exciting period whilst we get to understand your vision, budget and needs.

THE PROCESS

Whatever stage you are at in your project, contact us to see how we can help.

We work with trusted and reputable local services, including architects and structural engineers who we can refer you to, and help guide you through these initial conversations. Equally we are happy to work with providers you have already engaged, to ensure your project runs smoothly.

Once we have met you and reviewed your project and plans, we can provide you with a quote and our availability. We can provide ballpark costs if you are in the very early stages, however these will be estimated and subject to change based on plans and material costs, but they do give you a good idea to help you get your project off the ground.

For larger works we offer a staged payment process which offers reassurance throughout the build, and once you have your quote there are NO hidden costs. Many of our clients choose to add on services part way through a project and these extras will be quoted as such. Some projects do incur curveballs and for this reason we encourage you to build a contingency fund to your budget. If things do arise, we will work with you to find the best and most cost-effective solution.

Alex and Chris recently completed a single storey rear and double storey side extension for us. They acted with the upmost professionalism throughout the project and were always on hand to answer any questions and ensure the project ran smoothly. The project had some difficulties that they dealt with extremely well and made sure everything was completed both in good time and to a high standard. I am extremely fussy and nosey, aided by me working from home throughout the project, so for me to be impressed with the workmanship and end product is testament to the work they have done.
