We also offer a 10-year insurance backed guarantee, meaning an insurer will provide a warranty for defective works regardless of our trading status. An insurance backed guarantee is a guarantee issued by an insurance company that will honour the terms of the guarantee originally issued by the roofing company giving their customers peace of mind that in the event the roof starts to leak or the contractor ceases to trade; then the Insurance company will honour any claim for the remainder of the 10 year guarantee period.
