No.3 Projects were the dream come true!!
From our initial meeting with the team right through to the end of the project all of our questions were answered and all of our ideas were listened to and worked with. We now have the perfect house we wished for, finished to a high standard which functions to suit our needs - we love everything about it.
Time was taken in the design stage to ensure we made best use of the space we had and careful attention was made in the planning application to ensure we could extend to the maximum (which we did). Most importantly No.3 delivered to our budget and kept to the agreed time frame to the exact day which i think is almost unheard of with a big building project. The whole experience was so brilliant and stress free with No. 3 taking on the project management side as well and the building and architecture. Having all three sides managed by one party was such a good solution as our time and involvement was kept to a minimum.
The team are such a pleasure to work with and although we are thrilled that the house is finished we are sad to say goodbye to No.3. I know where we would go if we were to ever to take on a project like this again!
