We cannot praise Sean and his team highly enough for their work. We built a large two storey extension on to a 1910’s house which was in need of significant work. Whilst we wanted a high spec modern extension we also wanted to retain the character and features of the original home while bringing it up to current standards. Sean exceeded our expectations, providing design ideas and practical solutions during the build and recommending several specialists to preserve original features. His team and all the subcontractors were professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled and the quality of work was outstanding. The build was completed on time and within budget and we are absolutely delighted with the result. I would highly recommend SECOS if you are seeking a high quality service from a reliable builder.

Team SECOS were great to work with, they helped develop and work through our renovation and any issues which arose, managed security, building control, facilities, deliveries and amenities required for his team. From the initial consult, Sean was friendly, approachable and understood what we were looking for, discussing what usually works well and what to reconsider.
