Inform FMB of Logo Misuse

The FMB sets high standards that businesses must meet in order to become members, so we take any complaint that a business is using our logo and/or trademarks without permission very seriously. If you believe a business is not a member and is using our logo and/or trademarks under false pretences, the first thing to do is check whether the business really is in the FMB by using the check a member service.

If you cannot find a record of the business being a current member of the FMB, then we would be very grateful if you could alert us to the fact by emailing us at [email protected]. The FMB will then look into the matter further; please be aware that you may be contacted to provide documentary evidence to substantiate your claim. In certain cases we may refer the investigation on to the local Trading Standards Authority for enforcement assistance.

Please note that your details will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be divulged to any third party, i.e. Trading Standards or the building firm concerned, without your prior permission.
