We provide estimates / quotations and in return all we ask is for you to look at our estimate or quotation carefully consider other estimates referring to the project (Extension / Loft conversion etc) making sure they have included all the detail you require as the plan or proposal provided. This will then guarantee that you will be getting the same materials & service that can affect the cost in many different ways. We would advise you to seek references visit works completed ask for proof of liability insurance & a contract between the customer / builder on acceptance of the quotation. We can provide up to 10 year Masterbond Warranties through the Federation of Master Builders. Tthis can cover the works for up to ten years peace of mind (if required).
