Here at 3 Lance Developments LTD. We aim to deal with all of your Home Improvement needs.
 
Running with a skill set that has taken 31 years to develop, initially with a 10 years’ engineering background, followed by several years of running a building company, and 9 years being the external manager for one of the largest U.K. independent home improvement companies.
 
We install windows and doors, and specialise in UPVC, Aluminium products. We build extensions, install Structural steels and new kitchens and bathrooms, and provide flat roofing and general carpentry services.
 
We are more than happy to do the small repair/replacement of double-glazed units or build your ideal home extension. We can call upon additional trades - plumbers and bricklayers among other trades - who have worked alongside us over many years.
 
Our emphasis is on ‘attention to detail’. We make every effort to ensure your home improvements run smoothly, and you get the product you ask for! We are fully committed to making sure that our services can be tailored to meet the detailed needs of all our clients.
