Construction of a new single storey rear extension and associated internal works. The project consisted of the demolition of an existing rear extension and creation of a new extension to create an enlarged kitchen and dining area.

A full property refurbishment and construction of a new side extension to a detached bungalow completed for a happy customer.

First floor wrap around extension to create two new additional bedrooms, extension of master bedroom and two new bathrooms.

The existing building had been unoccupied for 3 years, we received planning permission to construct a new 1 bedroom flat to the rear area by altering the café footprint.
4Most Property Services were employed to construct a new rear extension with a new kitchen and associated works.
