Full House Refurbishment

Currently ongoing:
We have taken down the upstairs block work walls due to the weight, which had caused deflection across the floor and causing the block work walls to separate from the external walls, new stud walls have been erected in there place.
Acoustic slab insulation has been installed in the new walls and in the 1st floor.
Down stairs the non structural walls have been taken out for an open plan kitchen/living room.
The whole house has been plaster-boarded and skimmed.
A full re-wire has been completed, new boiler installation is going to be done along with new radiators which are yet to be installed.
New kitchen and bathroom.
COMPLETED PROJECT PHOTOS will be posted soon.
This project was inspected by the FMB's independent inspection company and formed part of the joining process to become a Master Builder with the Federation of Master Builders.
