Part of my garden wall collapsed and required rebuilding. On his initial visit Alan explained what he could potentially do for the rebuild including issues we may encounter with tree roots and trunk of a very old tree. I was extremely apprehensive about the potential cost and timetable for the work but Alan allayed my fears providing an honest assessment of the situation. During the course of the work Alan kept me updated, addressed any problems he found and provided invaluable advice. Alan told me that he treated all his work as if he was undertaking it on his home and I certainly feel this is the case. The whole team were friendly and professional and worked extremely hard to complete the job as quickly as possible. I am extremely grateful to Alan for his reassurance, practical advice and flexibility both before and during the work. The new brickwork was a perfect match for my house which was built in 1906.
