This is Gheluvelt Park in Worcs City Centre. The new build included public toilets and a disabled public toilet, a meeting room and a kiosk which will provide the public splashpad with some much needed refreshments over the summer months. The project was on behalf of Worcs City Coucil and was a very high profile project
