Interior House

We have just been asked back to a property in Edgware London to complete Stage two of works. The job was to overhaul the Master bedroom with Dressing room area and the final phase to Hallway.
Our first job was to strip all the walls, again this exposed the original plaster works. Once completed we had to fill all sections to made good of any blemishes and fix broken plaster sections, when perfected we smoothed out the surfaces using our Festool sanders and dust extractors. The next stage involved sanding all woodwork, and again we used our Festool equipment.
With this done we gave the celings two coats of Johnstones Covaplus Vinyl Matt, ‘Brillant White’ then applied the top coats of paint to the woodwork, we used a Farrow & Ball ‘Oxford Stone’ Eggshell and between coats we offered a light sand to give it that extra smooth finish.
The final stage involved hanging the wallpaper to all wall sections and used a durable washable vinyl wallpaper which also included a Feature wall, you can see this in the images below

Abilitex completed the exterior of a London residential property in Finchley London. Our job was to erect scaffolding to access the entire front and back of house and fully prepare and paint the property.

Abilitex recently completed the exterior windows of a London property in Finchley.
Our main focus was to prepare the windows fully, using our Festool sanders and extractors we were able to gain the surface preparation that was needed to complete windows to a high standard that would be exceptionally weather sound for years to come.
We applied 2x coats of undercoat/primer and 2x top coats of Sandtex Exterior Eggshell to complete job.

Completed house in Belsize Park. Our job was to fully prepare all walls and ceilings in the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. We used our professional Festool equipment to gain the prefect surface to work with. 
We then applied 2x coats to all walls and ceilings using Dulux Trade and Farrow and Ball paints.

Abilitex completed decorating works for CPPD School in Hornsey London.
The works was to install dado rail in two of the classrooms as well as Decorating all walls.
Two of the walls were given a feature colour and the choice was a Farrow and Ball ‘Manor House Grey’ to set off a nice contrast with the other walls completed in White.

Abilitex completed a job in Southgate London. Our mission was to strip existing woodchip paper from the ceilings in two rooms and completely remove wall and ceiling paper in a third room ready for re-plastering.
Once prepared our next task was to re-decorate four rooms which included all ceilings, walls and all woodwork. The same work was carried out to the hallway on two floors.
The work was completed using our Festool extraction equipment which kept dust down to a minimum, this provided us with the perfectly keyed working surface to get the super smooth finish we wanted.
