ABS Construction Services Ltd were the North West Winners in the category of Small Renovation Project 2019.

Project Objective

Objective of the project was to re-model and refurbish one half section of the customers ‘forever’ bungalow home located close to Chester city centre to create a separate living room, open plan kitchen and dining area leading to a large external patio area to improve the bungalow layout and better suit their lifestyle.

Judges’ Comments

Worthy winner, transforming a dull and dark room into a light filled, spacious

modern kitchen/living area. Really made the best of the space and light. Very

sleek looking kitchen design with clean lines. Great usability and great looking.

Opened up garden aspect, great decision to lose the conservatory!
