Once again it was a pleasure to have you and Alex back working on another project on our property. This is the fifth piece of work you have carried out and we no longer bother with competitive quotes. When I first decided to do some building work to my house I was very nervous as I had heard many a story about dodgy builders doing bodge jobs and over charging for work which should cost half the price. At the quote stage I was trying to work out if I trusted yourself and Alex ,even down to even if you turned up on time, got back to me on time with the quote and how clear the quote was. The quote you gave me ,yes it did get a bit complicated due to some changes I required and also some additional work I required but I think I paid a fair price and there was no example of you increasing prices once you had quoted me for the work. From the off I was very please with both yours and Alex's communication. You used language which I was familiar with and avoided jargon which I may not have understood, when I questioned my understanding of a task you were clear and precise with your communication and also kept me well informed of timing's and the disruption to my families Life. Never did you make me feel that my questioning was silly or not appropriate. Your punctuality was excellent and every time you may be late you always told us and kept us well informed. When you asked other specialist to attend my house there behaviour was a credit to both of you, even down to not using bad language or smoking on my premises. You both worked in a tidy way and never left a mess which was unsightly or dangerous. The quality of work and the reassurance of a builders inspectors certificate gave me peace of mind from the initial quote stage. In summary my opinion of the building industry has changed since I have got to know how you work and how hard you work.
