We completed this large extension and renovation to an existing B2 listed building in Belfast to create a home away from home for the families of sick children.
This job, headed by McGonigle McGrath RIBA, won best Heritage Project at the FMB Northern Ireland Master Builder Awards 2017, who described it as "meticulously crafted, marrying old and new elements respectfully, with precise attention to architectural detail and care in construction."
In addition, it was awarded a 2016 RSUA Design Award, was one of four in a shortlist for the RSUA Liam McCormick Prize and won a 2016 RIBA Regional Award. Along with this, Clic Sargent were awarded 2016 RIBA Regional Client of the Year.
