Amazing Space Design and Build Limited

Kitchen/Dinner Wayne and his team removed an adjoining internal wall and reformed an external door opening with a window and replaced an existing lintel with a steel beam over the external patio doors. The project also involved dry-lining walls that were "live", prepping and laying an LVT floor and fitting a kitchen. The initial costs and subsequent variations were all clear and agreed in advance and the team worked tirelessly, with attention to detail and timely completion. It was a pleasure dealing with Wayne and Robyn throughout and we are really happy with the work done and the improved space we now have looks great. Would highly recommend to others.

Ground floor, side and front extension. Builder enthusiastic throughout, on site every day, very willing to discuss and adapt to req'ts. Work completed to a good standard with matching brickwork. Resulting extension sympathetic and compatible with existing house. Good quality materials used throughout. Paperwork clear and timely. Happy to recommend.

Wayne and his team have been first class from the start. Original plans had to change due to unforeseen complications but this didn't present problems. Wayne always had a solution and the end result met our expectations. We also changed plans but, again, no problem. Quality of workmanship is excellent. Costs have changed but Wayne has always kept us informed so no surprises. Great work, great guys and superb consideration for us whilst the work was carried out. Would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing Space did a great job on this project The final result is a refurbishment of the house that we’re very pleased with. There were a few unexpected challenges - such as a previous extension that had been added to the house with no supporting beam for an exterior wall - but these were explained to us and dealt with effectively as they came up. All the work - building, plumbing, electrical, windows and doors, exterior - was project managed by them, with special thanks to Robyn whose weekly updates and onsite visits kept us informed as to progress, timescales and remaining works.

Very happy with the work completed by Amazing Space. Excellent levels of communication, project management and professionalism throughout the project. This ensured transparency and a good client / company relationship, meaning we were very comfortable raising any concerns or questions throughout the project. This was our first ever build so we were naive to the process and had many questions. Amazing Space were always happy to take the time to answer our questions, ensure they gave competitive rates whenever asked and always made themselves available to talk things through.
