Our MD Briken, who has a Diploma in Project Management, has a keen eye for design and offers our clients bespoke suggestions to really make their new / upgraded homes individual and suited to their style and needs.
We pride ourselves on open communication with our clients and always get the job done to the highest quality, within the agreed time frame parameters and at a competitive price.
We supply a full detailed estimate, Program of Work, Payment Plan and JCT contract so clients feel confident about exactly what is included in their Project and when it will be delivered. We have a robust Health & Safety policy and prepare all the necessary risk Assessments and CDM's before work starts and make sure all contractors follow our procedures. We have full Public Liability insurance.

Ancient Construction built a side wrap around extension to create a new kitchen and additional living space for a Victorian terraced house in London. We developed an excellent relationship with our Porject Manager who was in regular contact and always available which was important as we moved out for 3 months. The quality of the work was very good, particularly the brickwork, and as a result we added several additional jobs including a wet room. The neighbours also reported positively on the professionalism of the builders. The main build work was completed a little over the expected timeframe due to unforeseen complications, but move in was more or less on time, with a few jobs and inevitable snags remaining. Overall working with Ancient Constructions was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend the company. - Nick
Ancient Construction did a fantastic job building new concrete stairs at the front of my property. They also organized an electrician to install new up down lights, and LED light strips on the steps. They took the time to build something that will not only last, but also look good, and improve the aesthetic of the property. Very happy with the work that was done. - James Davies
