We recently completed a single storey extension to provide open plan kitchen, dinng and living area. With the scope of the works we had to undertake major structural alterations to enable us to remove the existing external wall and internal walls Another of our recently completed contracts was a double dormer loft conversion of which we had to take 75% of the roof off and this also involved major structual works.
