Belvoir Street Re-Roofing Works

This was works to a residential block, which remained in occupation throughout the works. The site presented situations which needed careful consideration including limited road space to the front gardens, therefore only rigid lorries were able to be used and narrow access walkways to the rear garden(s). We needed to temporarily relocate and then reinstate two sky dishes and eight TV aerials; this was done via our specialist subcontractor.

The works here have included the installation of Britmet Metal Sheet Roofing from Britmet Tile form Ltd, removal and disposal of a significant amount of asbestos, installation of new insulation in the lofts.

The works completed included complete re-tile of the roof, new external rendering works, renewal of rainwater goods, installation of new garage doors, replacement doors and windows, external fencing, installation of Supalux Promat Fire Protection Board insulation and internal making good and decoration.

Swimming Pool House Redecoration

Aspect were appointed by a local client to internally renovate an existing pool house, plant room and changing room.

The walls and ceilings were looking tired and in need of some rejuvenation. We made good and prepped the walls and ceiling and painted them using specialist high moisture resistant Zinsser perma-white interior paint. The making good of the walls and ceilings was likely to create a lot of dust and debris. Careful consideration and preparation were taken to ensure the pool was completely protected and the pool filtration and heating systems were able to remain in operation. Once protected, a working platform was used to span the pool and provide a safe working access for our team of decorators. The works were completed in five working days and the pool reopened in time for the family to use at the weekend.
