ASW Property Services are an established building company based in Bridgend, Wales. We undertake various property services including maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works throughout Wales, Midlands, The South and South West of England. Our company traditionally carryied out works for Social Housing and Local Authorities under the name A.S. Wellington Building and Maintenance Limited, however we have rebranded to take our transferable skills into exciting new markets.
Our innovative approach using our own directly employed, multi-skilled operatives and maximising the use of IT has won praise and respect from our clients and has helped the company expand on a sustainable basis.
ASW Property Services are highly experienced, with more than 35 years of providing repairs, maintenance and facilities management services to organisations throughout Wales and England. We have worked for a range of clients including housing associations, local authorities and large commercial clients with major property portfolios. ASW also carry out compliance testing including Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Alarms, EHO and FRA works.
We service in the region of 12,000 social housing properties for reactive, planned including WHQS Upgrades, void and emergency works, delivering approximately 15,000 repair and maintenance orders annually. We also carry out disabled adaptations and refurbishments
