The extension and renovation of this 1930’s property has to be one of the most challenging projects we have undertaken so far due to its complexity in design and some challenges that we faced whilst renovating the existing house. The project included the construction of a large two-storey extension at the rear of the property which led onto a large raised patio area whilst the original part of the house received a full internal renovation.

Basement Conversion, Garden and Driveway

Young family were in need of extra room so they contacted us to see if it was possible to extend into the basement. They also wanted somewhere for the children to play safely. So we also did work in the garden and carried on the same theme on to the drive.
