Based in North West London, Oterg Building Contractors were formed in 2003 and have worked hard to gain our reputation for delivering fantastic quality construction projects throughout London and the South East. We are a building contractor that undertake numerous refurbishments, house extensions, basement conversions, loft conversions, roofing, full or partial refurbishment, internal fit outs, bathrooms or kitchens, shop fitting and commercial fitting (in bars and restaurants, for example).
Our company is based on the ethos of partnership and collaboration, which we bring to every project that we work on. We continue to work closely with our clients and their professional teams to ensure that quality projects are achieved to programme and budget.
In the last 10 years we have gained considerable experience working in the private sector, covering new builds, refurbishments, commercial fitting, kitchen fitting, shopfronts and heritage / listed buildings.
Our approach is based around two things: total commitment to responsible stewardship of the natural environment, and achieving quality in every aspects of our work.
Building Services:
Our many years in the private sector has allowed us to gain experience in all areas of building works and project management. We offer a range of services including demolition / stripping –out and disposal of unwanted structure, structural amendments, roofing, electrical, plumbing, tiling, joinery, decoration and external works. We can manage entire projects from tendering right up to completion.
Many clients have a general indication of their requirements, but require assistance in finalising the technical details and specifications. We are often involved in the very early stages of a project, to offer our expertise and provide clients with material samples and finishes. This ultimately leads to a satisfactory completion with the client being involved closely throughout the project.
We cover all types of: construction, plumbing, electricity, decorating and carpentry.
