Bashtan Ltd has been trading continuously since 2008, providing an all-trades building service throughout SW London and Surrey, covering Fulham, Wandsworth, Putney, Kensington, Chelsea, Kingston upon Thames and surrounding areas in Surrey.
We’ve undertaken numerous back to brick renovations, extensions and conversions using our own Bashtan labour - we don't sub-contract out - all run from our Fulham Road showroom and office.
Each job has a dedicated project manager and site foreman and is overseen by our Managing Director, with full admin support offered by the office team.
We design and build side return kitchen extensions, wrap around kitchen extensions, loft conversions, pod extensions and undertake all elements of internal renovations and refurbishments, too.
If you’re considering renovation work, the first step is to send over your plans (we can quote for architectural services) for a top-line estimate. Should this fall within expectations, we'll visit you on site, walk through your ideas and prepare a fixed line-by-line quote. Once accepted, we prepare a programme of works which details all key elements of the build, along with a payment schedule and, of course, an FMB contract.
Everything we do is transparent and we pride ourselves on our collaborative approach to building – we understand that our clients are trusting us with their most valuable asset.

After previously having terrible experiences working with builders in London I am so pleased to have found Bashtan Construction. They have just completed the install of a new roof and renovating our master en-suite from the studs out. The plan that I had developed for the en-suite was very custom in nature but Bashtan fitted every component perfectly. Most of the renovation was completed whilst I was abroad but I received daily communication as well progress photos keeping me in the know throughout the entire process. In addition to the exceptional quality of the workmanship and the communication being superior, I was so pleased to see that my final bill was not a pence more than my original quote.
