This was a bespoke design and build project for a client we have worked with many times. The pool needed extensive refurbishment works and the client wanted and large outdoor hosting area that could be closed of or opened up for summer. The results were stunning and we have started another very similar of the back of this.

Country Double Story Extension and remodel.

This country house required more space so Belgrave were instructed to carry out a double story extension. Internally we changed the stairs, moved bathroom, removed structural walls amongst other remodelling items. The results were as instructed by the client, 'can you make it look like its always been like this' on budget on on time also.

Stunning 200 year old barn conversion on Surrey estate

This was a pleasure to work on, a fully bespoke project working on design and build with the clients estate manager the results were truly stunning. Everything made to fit bespoke and we made everything down to the beams, the kitchen and the joinery items. A project what took alot of thought and time but well worth it and the pictures do not do it jutice.

Warehouse works Hampshire

Belgrave were awarded this large demolition project, there was a large 2700 sqm fridge including a 300mm think concrete floor along with full height racking to remove. Following this there was clearing and repairing the space to reinstate to its formaer warehouse format. We fully rewired and installed 6no new roller doors to complete. A great 24/7 project to get this large global company ina nd trading with future works already scheduled.

At Belgrave Construction we treat our small works in the same manner as our large high end projects, we completed this single story extension in Hampshire with a structural knock through in 4 weeks. Flat glass roof panel - AC install - wired - plastered and painted with great results and a simple cost effective way to give the client more space.

We removed the structural cavity wall to open up the kitchen - cut a new opening to install french doors - bricked up the old door opening - rewired - amended plumbing - fully plastered and fitted this stunning kitchen follwed be finishings. Our 2 new builds in Twickenham London (ongoing)

Removing a deralict building to then dig footings and begin our build of the 2 semis in London, we are currently at 1st floor plate height and aim to have the roof on over the Xmas period. The build process has been footings - Galvanized underground steel work - drainage - block and beam flooring and then block and flemish bond weatherpointed brickwork.
We then installed the first floor steel and floor joists with deck, followed by the scaffhold and now continuing with the brickwork. We will update at roof stage and compliton of what will be 2 very nice looking well finished new builds.
