This project in Burwash, East Sussex consisted of a huge side extension adding a kitchen and large master bedroom alongside a full house refurbishment.
Our client was based in Oxford and has completed many projects of similar size was looking for a builder to complete this who could communicate regular and understand their vision.
We were able to work closely with the client to ensure his expectations were met and had regular onsite meetings, phone calls, and emails to discuss the finer details
Our main challenge was accessing. Due to a narrow road leading into the property, we had to ensure all deliveries and muckaway was completed by smaller lorries. This proved a major challenge sometimes with some deliveries being turned away and sent back on the correct size vehicle.
