The Builder initially provided a very detailed quote for the work to be undertaken. The work commenced and was very impressive, Paul kept us updated with progress reports and of what to expect next. All tradesmen were experienced and professional in their work, whilst minimising the impact/disruption of the building work on us. The site was kept tidy and clean throughout the build. In January of 2014 Paul and his team began our kitchen renovation and garage conversion. I am pleased to say that Paul at Bespoke Build Solutions provided full project management including handling building control from start to finish. He was also incredibly accommodating of our needs and requirements providing his expert recommendations throughout the build. The whole team worked diligently to finish the project on time and we're always friendly and polite. Paul and his team removed the chimney stack from the external roof and made good the roof, Paul also fitted a tv and bracket for me. Paul was very professional he was able to give me a variety of options and I was able to pick the one that best suited my budget. Paul explained to me exactly what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns I had, They came and got on with the job and left the place clean and tidy after they had finished.
