Brentwood Lofts Ltd were the regional winners of two awards at the FMB Eastern Counties Master Builder Awards 2017, taking home best Kitchen or Bathroom Project and the Apprentice Award.
Brentwood were awarded the prize for a large en-suite as part of a loft conversion, using natural stone and wood combined with contemporary features. Click on the Case Studies tab for more information.
The Apprentice Award went to Sam Bailey, who has been with Brentwood Lofts for the duration of his apprenticeship. The team took Sam on during a project consisting of six new build chalet bungalows and by house three they felt that Sam was proficient enough to be left alone to install a variety of elements. He has received glowing reports, with one client saying: “We were surprised that he was still in training, he was highly professional, punctual and never idle”.

En-suite Bathroom - Winner of the Kitchen or Bathroom Project at the Eastern Counties Master Builder Awards 2017

Brentwood Lofts constructed this brand new en-suite as part of a loft conversion project. By using natural materials and earthy tones combined with modern features such as mood lighting, we created a bathroom that is both traditional and contemporary, providing a calming retreat for the clients.
