Worked closely with a Property Developer and Structural Engineer.

Both flats were completely ripped out, both having new central heating systems.

Electrics upgraded to comply with building regulations. - Extension added to create a larger kitchen. New bathrooms throughout. - Exterior decorating and landscaping

Refurbishment and Single Storey Wrap Around Extension

Location - Harrow, NW London

Worked closely with the clients who were disabled and needed to refurb their home to suit their needs based on their disability.

Regular contact with the appointed Quantity Surveyor, Building Control & Architect.

The existing building was completely gutted, over 70% of the building was knocked down.

We created a side extension to the house which almost doubled the floor space. - Internally reconfigured to make access appropriate for wheelchairs.

A new roof was put onto the new and existing part of the property. All landscaping to front and rear garden completed.
