The Built IQ team has been superb throughout this project. Planning ideas, advice, guidance were always shared throughout the project.Our ideas were improved using their experience and knowledge to produce a space that we will enjoy for a long time. Good signposting to suppliers and quality resources continued from start to finish. The thing we appreciated most was the Effective communication of the work progressing using different media eg. photo, video, written and verbal so that we were up to date on the work progress in real time. They were patient, professional and polite. They were respectful of our property and privacy as they worked in the space where we also lived. No construction is comfortable while you are living in the space but these guys made it bearable & stuck to the projected time.
