CC Construction was formed in 1997 by school friends Cristiano Silvano and Chris Edwards, and for 20 years has been providing clients with the highest quality workmanship and service in construction. We have earned a reputation for delivering beautiful refurbishment projects across London and the Home Counties.
We have worked with some exceptional architects and interior designers and our portfolio boasts some of London’s most sought after addresses. Our large variety of projects range from complex new builds and listed buildings to large basement projects and commercial developments. CC Direct:
CC Direct is a division that was created specifically for a sector of the market we view as extremely important. It still focuses on high-end refurbishment and restoration projects, but for more complex or unusual builds and with a unique approach – we work directly with our clients often negating the need for expensive professional teams.
CC Maintain:
We are committed to the lifecycle of our clients’ projects and pride ourselves on our responsive and proactive aftercare service.
Our team are dedicated to making sure our clients are satisfied at every level of the project, and especially after they have taken possession of the property.
We are on call to deliver a swift aftercare service and where possible the same team will return to the property who originally worked on the construction phase bringing with them their personal knowledge and experience of the original build.
We also offer our clients a maintenance management service on completion of their project; whether it is testing smoke and fire alarms, checking AV, lighting and electrics, servicing boilers and A/C systems, or even just cleaning out the gutters, we offer a bespoke and detailed maintenance schedule specifically to suit each property
By offering this level of maintenance the risk of any system failure in the property is greatly reduced. Often, as a condition of the warranty, manufacturers insist on a maintenance schedule to ensure their warranty remains valid. It also enables your home to remain as pristine as the day you took occupation.
