Excavating a new basement or converting an existing one is one of the more demanding jobs you can undertake but, if it’s done to a high standard it can create an amazing and flexible living space.

Involved from inception to completion; design, planning, local authority permissions and party wall agreements, we will discuss ideas and work with you through to choosing the range of finishes and latest materials available.
