I also asked him to put up a wall cabinet on the day which he was happy to do, and again the quality of work was excellent and everything was done very efficiently. I have used this company for about seven years. Always get a great experience from phoning the office to schedule appointment to those that come out to repair the faults. Have used CH for boiler replacement, gas safety and electrical reports, electrical and some building repairs. All have been done efficiently and at a reasonable price. Would recommend. - tracey
CH Westend have refurbished both our bathroom and shower room over the last 12 months, as two separate jobs. From the first contact through to the end of the jobs I have found all staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. They have done an excellent job each time, but what really gives me confidence is that when something isn't quite right, they correct it happily and don't consider the job to be finished until the customer feels it is complete. Their quoting is accurate and all staff are knowledgeable and respectful of our home. There is the feel of a small family firm about them with the resources of a large operation. Selected CH Westend above other suppliers for a boiler replacement as their service was very professional, their quotation competitive and the best warranty. Rebecca in the office was very efficient in answering questions and scheduling the boiler installation. The installation was successfully completed in 1 day but the non-plumbing work (hole filling & wiring) was not completed to my satisfaction - they came back the next business day without any argument to remedy it. I recommend them - good service both before & after installation. - DV
