Established in 1979 we provided a complete building development and decorating service that has continually given satisfaction to its many clients over the years.
 
Overseen by the proprietor Colin McCann it is our aim to provide a contractor for your needs that understands your requirements and offers a fully committed dedicated team who will endeavor to give completed contract you require.
 
Any contract for your home or project is a potential minefield for even the most prepared client. We can assist from initial consultation planning and Building Regulation advice plan drawing facility and all aspects through the contract work and to completion.

We purchased our house which we thought was a bargain only to uncover so may problems, and with only six weeks to our move in deadline CTMcann was the best thing that ever happened.
 
Within six weeks CTMcann completely Gutted and rebuilt the whole house!, Damp Proofed, re-wire electrics , re-installed all plumbing and boiler, plastered and screeded throughout, replaced the bathroom , kitchen, and installed a new downstairs toilet, all to a high level of quality, and with all finihsings including flooring, carpets, curtains decoration, Cat5 Network to complete!
 
Still now we can’t believe all this was completed in six weeks!
 
I cannot vouch enough for Colin, Andy, Strawbs and all the team who were at all times most professional, courteous and above all, nothing was too much of a problem, it was a pleasure to do business with such a great British Company.
