EXTENSION AND GARAGE/WORKSHOP CONVERSIONThe client was looking to create more space and light inside the house, more garage space anymore usable outside space. Internally we renovated bedrooms, ensuite and dining/kitchen. By moving walls and cupboards around we made another two ensuite bathrooms to existing bedrooms. Designing and completing all stages throughout which also included steel structural beams and posts to allow the customers requirements to work. We fitted new patio doors to the external for a more direct access to the garden also providing more light to the room.To provide more light into the main sitting room we constructed a large glazed bay extension area so the client got an excellent view of the surrounding landscape. This involved specialist glazed screens because of the size which all worked in very nicely to give the finish the client expected. We constructed a new timber frame with timber clad workshop on the end on a treble garage complete with flat roof and glass balustrade around the upper perimeter. Finally, within the design of the mass landscape works we constructed a new shed within the design for housing the ride on lawn mower.
RESTORATION OF VICTORIAN HOUSE.This house was originally to be a restoration to bring up to date, with new bathrooms, utility and kitchen areas, forming new drainage system. Upon work commencing it became apparent that the property had been effected by rising damp. CCC worked to eradicate the rising damp and reinstated the property back to the way it was. Forming new kitchen area, repairing/bridling roof space for velux’s, manufacturing new window to match in with old, fit out new bathrooms, create built in wardrobes, remove and repair fascia and soffit. CCC assisted with design and then built new garage complete with bespoke garage doors.
