A complete renovation and re-build of a 1970s 2 bedroom Bungalow, turning it into a 4 bedroom Contemporary Home, providing a large amount of flowing living space, along with 3 addition bathrooms to accommodate the whole family.
Here we created 2 new bedrooms and a bathroom in the new roof a area, we also reconfigured the existing staircase and removal of wall to create a extra bedroom on the first floor. This work was carried out whilst our customer lived comfortably within their home.

We converted this old barn into a family home for our client/friends.
We were asked by our client's to convert their garage into a gymnasium. We replaced the door with a bay window and used stone mullion's to create a very nice finish.
Stone wall constructed and gates installed to replace our client's timber fence.
Additional space was created for our clients who wanted a dining and entertainment area. They asked us to create a beautiful looking entertaing area with lots of light! We did this by forming a glass roof, sourcing a good brick match, and by using our talented tradesmen.
We were asked by our client's to extend thier house and convert their barn into a living area. The picture's show the completed work.
Our clients wish was to maximise their loft area. We built up from their existing wall plate, raised the ridge line, and created several dormas, this created a huge living area that consisted of 3 new bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
We were asked by the client to do some major alterations to their house. We demolished the house leaving just 3 walls. Working together with the client, we created them their ideal home.
Here we created the client addtional space throughout their home, we carefully sourced the stone so that the extension, blended in with the existing building almost immediately.
we removed the sand/cement pointing and repairs ,the spalled bricks were removed and replaced with matching bricks
Our clients asked us if it would be possible to remove the render from their house to reaveal the stone. We removed the render, repaired areas of damage, and formed the detail around the windows and door. All of this was done in natural lime morter which we specialise in.
