An existing detached property was demolished and the site cleared. A new property was constructed on the site. The property consists of five bedrooms, three of which are en-suite, two further bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, services cupboard, lounge, dining room, study/office and integral garage.
In this project we gutted out an existing store/utility/workshop area. Removing chimney and providing structural support to sections of building above affected area, completely replastered the walls and rescreeded the floor area. New gas, water and electrical services were installed. A commercial kitchen was installed complete with appliances. Non slip flooring, decoration and tiling works were all carried out as part of the project.
The rather tired exterior of Watford Palace Theatre was completely cleaned down, brickwork and stonework repairs were carried out prior to a complete redecoration. New external lighting was installed, the timber front entrance doors were completely overhauled and alterations made to entrance kiosk. During the course of the works an enclosed scaffold was constructed over the entrance of the theatre, the footpath and the adjacent bus stops to ensure continued safe useage by the public.
