We are a family run businees since 1978 with a proven track record of attention to detail and craftsmanship. We use only charated RIBA architects for our design works, hold the required puclic & employee liability and contracts all risk insurance polices as well as a 3rd party 10 year structural warrenty on works provided by Global Homes.

Full Design, Plan, Build.
We take you step by step though the process of desiging you new home and advise on the best ways to achieve a stunning home that works for you but also an energy efficent one! We have succesfully completed a number of Nero Zero Energy Build homes with airtightness at passivhaus standard of 0.6 A/C/ph @50 pascals.
We also offer straight build only, taking your architectural plans, pricing and building, so you can be safe in the knowledge that we only want to build right, build better and comply with all statutory regulations pertaining to the area and method of construction, whilst using the best quailty materails and carftsmanship.
Groundworks & Landscaping:
Our team are adept at groundworks, be that clearing sites, or large excavations and rock breaking to re-landscaping you garden and patio area.
We also offer professional construction management where by you get a dedicated project manager to either run or assist you in you domestic or commerical project.
We can also take care of your remodels and renovation project be that a new sunroom, bathroom or kitchen etc. Our Remodel and Renovation team are highly skilled in not only producing high quailty works but firstly in protecting your property during the demo and construction phase.

We where approached by the client to build their forever home. They had plans already drawn and passed with planning permission. We sat down ran through the build costs and gathered a schedule of finshes from the start months before breaking ground. This meant minimising delays durign the build process.
We are delighted with the finished product of this 2600sqft custom build, from breaking ground to move in in just under 8 months.
