We engaged CMM to undertake some big changes in our home and garden whilst we were finishing it’s purchase in 2018. After some initial visits to scope our what we had in mind, work began right on time and was successfully completed within the specified timeand budget. The whole process was smooth, easy and the team often went above and beyond to make sure we got the results we were looking for. We were given choices where needed, and the team also handled all the communication with other suppliers as needed. An old run down garage, in poor repair, was fully converted into a workshop/garage and office. And a new covered porch was added to the front of the house. A very high standard of workmanship, where nothing was too much trouble. Windows, electrics,roofing and flooring were all part of the works completed. An outstanding result, and we have since had the team back to complete some more works since inside our home. Thank you Chris, we are very happy with how our home is shaping up ! - Kim
It was quite daunting at first to find a suitable builder to carry out the extension project (side, rear and loft conversion) on my property. Chris and the team at CMM Development were recommended to me by friends who recently used their services on a recent project. The team were able to provide me with a clear project plan of the different stages involved in carrying out the work from start to finish and a reasonable quote. At each stage the team provided me with an update on the progress which gave me some reassurance and I could also manage costs effectively. The team were always on time and I felt comfortable leaving them on the job as the project was being effectively project managed by the lead builder. It took three months to carry out the building work which came in on time and on budget. Chris and the team did a great job at project managing the job and also provided me with suggested solutions. - David
