New Loft Space In Barn/ Open Plan Car Port

Cupboard area has had new stairs put in to gain access to the loft area.
Loft area boarded out and roof made structurally safe to be able to use as storage area.
Car port area has had a post removed and Steve put across to make area bigger for cars.
Electrics installed for lighting and power.

Sam and his team did a fantastic job for us; demolishing our existing conservatory, removing our old kitchen and then building a single storey extension which included a room and separate cloakroom. The first job they carried out was repair to our well, the top course of brickwork was falling apart which was repaired perfectly matching the rest of the brickwork and pointing.
