We tiled chevron on the walls for the shower, and cupboards were built by our joiner out of real oak planks. We installed shelves and the walls were also made of oak. It was designed by the project owner.

A full property strip out and 6 metre extension done by Contemporary Construction!
Initially a two-bedroom terraced property, we stripped it fully (including all previous plastering) and rewired the whole electric system, installed new plumbing including the underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen. New plasterboards were fitted on the walls to even them and they were then skimmed. All windows and doors were replaced. The property layout was changed entirely and a rear 6 metre extension was added with a GRP roof (fibre, glass and resin). Roof Velux's were fitted, as well as aluminium bifold doors leading to the garden. Movement sensor lights were added into the hallways of the property. Engineered wooden floors were fitted throughout the home.

A beautiful open plan refurbishment completed with a new kitchen!
Previously a conservatory, we knocked down the main wall to create a large open space. A steel box frame was inserted to hold the ceiling and floors above.
A new kitchen was installed with underfloor heating and a new engineered floor was laid. The whole area was decorated according to the client's requests.

We built a prefabricated office cabin in the garden. A new porcelain floor was installed, as well as electricity and service. The garden was levelled by us and large Italian porcelain tiles (1200mmx600mm) were laid out.

We began by fully demolishing the interior, & some walls to create two open plan office spaces across two floors. A full rewiring of the electric system was done & industrial chamfered galvanised channel skirting was installed throughout the entire work space with electric sockets in the skirtings. Commercial floor sockets were added for convenience. We implemented suspended galvanised ceiling channels & hung lights. Non-standard stairs & 2.4m tall doors were fitted. We created bespoke kitchens for both floors, made of steel frames & marine plywood, & oak planks were joined together to create worktops. The ground floor was dug up, insulated underground floor heating was installed into the screed and electric combi boilers were also used due to the lack of gas accessibility for the heating on the ground floor, & the wet system radiators that we added on the first floor. We levelled the floor joists on the first floor to lay an oak flooring. Both floors were fully redecorated.

We levelled the floor joists on the first floor to lay an oak flooring. Both floors were fully redecorated.
We began by fully demolishing the interior, & some walls to create two open plan office spaces across two floors. A full rewiring of the electric system was done & industrial chamfered galvanised channel skirting was installed throughout the entire work space with electric sockets in the skirtings. Commercial floor sockets were added for convenience. We implemented suspended galvanised ceiling channels & hung lights. Non-standard stairs & 2.4m tall doors were fitted. We created bespoke kitchens for both floors, made of steel frames & marine plywood, & oak planks were joined together to create worktops. The ground floor was dug up, insulated underground floor heating was installed into the screed and electric combi boilers were also used due to the lack of gas accessibility for the heating on the ground floor, & the wet system radiators that we added on the first floor.
