This project involved 2 modern extensions for this property, which required us to knock out the entire back of the house at ground floor level and make sure that the building would support a new balcony. One extension was steel construction with blockwork and render skin. We installed 7m long bi-fold doors and a large balcony with a frameless glass balustrade and walk-on glass floor. The second extension was more traditional, made with solid oak windows and doors, in which we installed a new bespoke kitchen. We also completed all the hard landscaping for the project. Our work on this project earned us two awards at the FMB Midland Master Builder Awards 2017, one for most Heavenly Builder and one for best Small Renovation Project. oak framed roof extension. with a bespoke on site built porch. The whole job was built on site and errected by us. oak windows, doors and cladding including oak beams in side the property. we also built an oak garage for the customer too.
This was a new Chimney that had to be rebuilt using lime morter and new flashing put around in lead. The old bricks were taken down cleaned and re laid to keep the look of the building. One half of the Facia was replaced. The new piece was cut on site by our joiner and spliced into place then painted white to match.
