We have built a double and single storey extension on to it which has given them this huge kitchen which features glazed lanterns and bi folds – Gorgeous dark grey kitchen units with copper accents on the handles and splashback, a unique copper radiator and quartz worktops complete the look. We also installed a new en suite with a large walk in shower with crittal style screen and adjoining dressing area in the new extension and with the reconfiguration, the main bathroom was made larger, the blue metro tiles of the main bathroom make it so unique. Cloakroom Renovation

Cloakroom overhaul! Gone is the avocado suite and it’s replaced for this Art Deco style suite. Beautiful Matt white metro tiles with black grout on the walls, with a black tiled ‘skirting’. Black and white checkerboard floor tiles really set this cloakroom off. The classic toilet and vanity unit really give this cloakroom the wow feel. We love the bowler hat light fitting and ornate toilet roll holder that our customer chose!

Conservatory conversation and knock through

We turned a conservatory into a more useable room, connecting it to the lounge by creating a new walkway where the window was and blocking up the French doors. We created a bespoke shoe cabinet in the door reveal and installed recess mood lighting. Conservatory glass roof was tinted, insulated and covered with a suspended ceiling, making the conservatory feel more like a room. This will feel cool in the summer and retain heat in the winter. New designer radiators were installed for added warmth.

New bi-fold doors installed and new kitchen

We completed extensive works at this local 3 storey property. Customer wanted to open the kitchen up to the garden so new anthracite bifold doors installed on to a brand new terrace, decked in walnut composite decking, walls built and rendered, and clad with natural western red cedar. The terrace leads down on to a newly turfed area and king silver resin bond path way. The kitchen has had a new boiler installed, all electrics and plumbing adapted, and the entire room plastered before we installed a brand new state of the art kitchen including all NEFF appliances and beautiful white quartz work surfaces. The flooring was finished in Luxury Vinyl tile to compliment. This property now has the ultimate wow factor!
