The entire ground floor of this property was renovated with internal walls being taken down to turn three small rooms in an existing extension into a large family living space.

The roof was stripped off and renewed with Velux studio windows added.

Large sliding patio doors along with the roof windows flood the room with light.

Another internal wall was removed to create a large living room to the front of the property.

Also a utility room was added to the rear of the garage and a downstairs shower room was given a makeover.

A modern kitchen with Minerva worktops and floating shelves was fitted along with flooring throughout the ground floor.

A 6.5m x 4m flat roof extension was added to the back of the kitchen to a new build property.

Steel beams were installed to open up the kitchen into the extension.

Large roof lantern and aluminum bi fold doors created a light and airy space.

Externally composite decking was fitted to give a nice outside seating area.

Finally a bespoke kitchen and flooring were installed by others to complete the project.

A steel portal frame was used to allow Velux windows and full height glazing to give a bright and airy extension to a detached property.

The entire ground floor was also renovated including a new kitchen and a utility room was added to the back of the garage.
