Dave McCormack completed our 2 story extension in 2020. This was obviously a challenging time as we were in and out of lockdown. We found Dave very organised with materials ordered well in advance so building was not delayed. Dave and his team were polite, courteous and professional at all times. We were very impressed with the speed of the build and the quality both inside and out. Dave takes pride in his work and that is evident with the quality of finish and the cleanliness of the site each night. Throughout the build Dave kept us informed about what the next stages were and delivered against all of the timescales he set. Even when we made alterations to the plans Dave took them in his stride and did not delay the overall build. I would highly recommend Dave and his team to anyone considering building works. - David Spence

2 Storey extension Sarah and I are expecting a new addition to our family and we needed to make another bedroom in our property, D Mccormack builders reputation throughout the area promoted us to approach them and we were not disappointed, Dave managed the entire project from start to finish, This build was interrupted by the Corona virus pandemic, I heard about the material shortage due to many businesses closings down for weeks over the viruses peak , Dave handled the sourcing of materials without delays to the build , This is a testament to his ability to manage the project through a very difficult time , We cannot fault the attitude and work ethics of D Mccormack Builders, The staff turned up every day with a bright positive attitude and work tirelessly all day , The Skill level is second to none each task finished to a high standard, I cannot recommend them highly enough, The finished job is just how to pictured it from the plans and all ready for our new baby , A big thank you to all involved, - Andrew & Sarah

D McCormack Builders Ltd 5.0 (4 Ratings) Fantastic builders - RebeccaG-222 We had our loft converted into a bedroom and en suite in the cold winter months this year. Dave and his team were so neat and tidy, cleaning and hoovering each day. The finished result far exceeded our expectations - every detail was planned and thought about throughout the build. Communication was excellent with all the professionals involved. Work was done in a timely fashion and we could not be happier with the result. We would highly recommend using Dave and his team - in fact we are thinking of our next project for them to do! - Paul

To Dave, Andy and the team. We just wanted to express how thrilled we are with the work that you completed on our house over the past 6 months. Being in the house on my own half the time, and with 2 children in tow, meant I was especially nervous about having to live in the house while the extension was underway, but I quickly became to realise that you were going to make sure it was stress free. You seem to have this brilliant skill of making everyone feel at ease and I knew right from the start of the build that you would take care of everything. You didn’t disappoint! Throughout the build you informed me what was happening each day and gave me insight into what to expect next. You planned the build in stages to avoid disruption and even tidied up / washed floors at the end of each day. (Even one of my neighbours said he had never seen such conscience builders) The children thought you were wonderful and you went out of your way to make them feel involved and included. We are so pleased with the work you have completed, it is of an exceptional standard. Recommendations defiantly pay off! We are already thoroughly enjoying the new space and can’t thank you enough. (The boys especially love their new playroom) Your incredibly friendly, professional approach and calm nature definitely makes you guys stand out from the crowd.
