Our client for this project decided to turn his huge unused attic space into a new studio, asking us to create as much natural light as possible. This was achieved by using several Velux windows and painting the room white. Combined with the wooden floor, the new studio looks clean, spacious and modern. We were very happy with the results as we have not only created a beautiful space within the attic but also increased the value of the property considerably.

Luxury Apartment Refurbishment, Central London

This apartment was engineered, designed and finished to the highest standard on the market. It comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and separate dining room, a second reception room, cinema room, kitchen with utility, guest cloakroom and private terrace. The client was very pleased with the results, particularly enjoying the spectacular views across London from the terrace.

NEW 5 BEDROOM HOUSE, Claygate

This client initially wanted to extend and refurbish their property, but after a site/home survey we agreed with the client that the house was in bad shape.
After consultation with an architect, we decided it would be better to start from scratch and build a new house which will meet all current British Building Standard and Environment Regulations.
The result was a wonderful property that the client was more than happy with.

Extension for Victorian House in Richmond

Our clients were a professional couple who decided to add a home extension to their beautiful Victorian house in Richmond. The requirements for the project were to keep the character of the house by using original materials.
We used timber bi-fold doors with interesting grid features and installed a traditional Neptune kitchen. In this way, we maintained the original character of the building whilst also adding modern features such as under-floor heating and a sound system. We also worked on the stone patio and landscaping.
