Refurbishment in Progress in North West London

This property in North West London recently suffered from an electrical fire in the loft of the property. We have been contacted by the home owner to clear out and refurbish the loft.
The work which is being carried out is:
1). Painting wall & ceilings
2). Replacing the plasterboards & plaster on the ceiling.
3). Change the glass in the windows & blinds
4). Varnish certain areas of the floor.
5). Paint the en-suite bathroom and the ceiling of the bathroom on the second floor.
6). Paint the inside of the built-in wardrobes.
7). Install new doors to the built-in wardrobes.
8). Paint doors and the skirting.
9). Replace some skirtings.
10). Paint the hallways and the ceilings & skirting.
11). Replace spot lights and sockets.
12). Install new laminate (Total 40m2)
