Ellicott Construction is the brainchild of Wanstead born local Austen Ellicott. Austen has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and has worked with high end London building companies managing large teams that undertook all aspects of the construction process.
However, Austen dreamed about having his own business and with his years of knowledge and
experience, he has set up Ellicott Construction. Meaning he can now personally deliver and oversee the attention to detail that he is so passionate about - alongside exceptional customer service.

Refurbishment of existing summer house

This was a great project to take on; the client had an existing summer house but in really poor condition and he wanted it to be made into a high quality space for relaxing.
Internally the floor was strengthened, and the building rewired and new heating added. The old wooden doors were replaced with sleek anthracite grey bi folds, a bar and accompanying sink was custom build to the clients specification. The exterior had and overhaul too. The old hot tub was removed and Millboard composite decking and cladding was fitted so that there is no future maintenance.
All ready just in time for the summer!
