New Builds:

Building a new home can be an exciting time but can also be stressful, so we aim to take away as much stress as possible. Our surveyors and architects will carry out a consultation to ascertain your requirements. Eton West Construction believes in offering open, transparent services bolstered by honest communication. Extensions:

With skill and precision, our team can construct single and double storey extensions. As part of our extension services, we will thoroughly assess your property and consult closely with you to discover all of the details of your requirement. We’re happy to offer seasoned advice regarding cost-saving measures, and how to best to achieve your design goals in a practical way. We’ll also provide advice about the best materials to use.

Renovations:

The renovation services we offer are all-encompassing. This includes projects as extensive as stripping the home and starting from scratch. We’re also able to take out kitchens and bedrooms in order to renovate interiors. When you’re interested in removing walls, we will need to carry out a survey to ensure that health and safety regulations are accommodated. We’ll subcontract skilled, reputable tradespeople to carry out finishing touches such as painting, decorating, and joinery.

Loft conversions:

The loft conversion services we offer are informed by the drawings of an architect we’ll commission. Alternatively, we are happy to utilise the drawings produced by an architect you may have already consulted. Whether you’re interested in transforming a loft into a bedroom, an office space, or a playroom, we’re on hand to provide skilled, affordable help. All of the designs we produce are bespoke – informed by your own design ideas before being brought to life with our great attention to detail.

Insurance is provided with all of the work we carry out. In the unlikely event of an issue, we will arrive to rectify the situation without delay.
