Fornia Build Ltd is a high-level carpentry/building business based in Berkshire which is owned by James Ohanian.
Having been in the trade for over 10 years, James is an accomplished craftsman globally. After obtaining his City & Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery in the UK, James received sponsorship in California and Australia. Working abroad for over 5 years, allowed him to refine the art of carpentry and building and helped him to gain knowledge around the use of quality materials and understanding best practice and building compliance regulations.
James is also a highly experienced Project/Site Manager, working on large building sites, which has given him the necessary skillset to now run his own company in the UK. Fornia Build has been successfully growing since April 2016.

While the heart of the home is thought to be the kitchen, isn’t it fair to say the living room is where we spend the most time relaxing? It’s therefore key to create a space that’s both comforting and practical in equal measure which is what we have done at our latest Windsor project.
